Excellent agent

James was excellent to deal with. From my first discussion with him I did not consider engaging another agent. He showed knowledge of the market with the correct balance of optimism and reality and I know he worked hard to market my property to the maximum audience. Comparing other people's experience with agents I consider myself fortunate to have been recommended to James. He took care to see that my property was presented well at inspections e.g. by blowing leaves. The various professionals that he recommended to prepare my property for sale were all pleasant to deal with, appropriately qualified and applied themselves well to their tasks. James also had empathy with the vendor and showed this throughout the consultation period. I consider myself fortunate to have been recommended to James as many friends were selling simultaneously with me and had less positive experiences.
