James, was great at selling my property earlier this year. His knowledge of the market when he valued the property was on point and the process was smooth except for the process of us having to freshen up the place. Although the property was sold at a price we wanted we did not get a congratulatory gift from the team that was the only downside I should say…normally it’s customary to receive a gift from the realtor/agent that’s sold your property.
