James is a serious, trustworthy and honest property agency who made no secret of the shortcomings of the house and his offer was perfect. I like his style and my family is very pleased with his job.

JAMES THE LIAR, FRAUD HE WILL RIP YOU OFF. Never buy property from him. He is a total liar, lies about most of the thing when he sold the property to me. And never reply to your email. This guy sold the property saying that the gas is just disconnected and its in a perfect condition, later on when I moved in I found out that there was a problem with the gas pipe line. I email him tried get in touch with him but he just ignored me. I had to spend extra 2k to fix it. Didn’t have gas for more then a week. No hot water no gas. Had very bad experience with this guy James. I would suggest other to never go to this guy to buy property. If you see this guy James selling property oh just stay away rather go to some other real estate but not with IDEAL REAL ESTATE. Very very very bad experience. For rating he should be getting 0 star not even 1.

James explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer. He was always available to answer our questions and show us the house whenever we asked.
