He was in no way pushy with me and allowed me to make my own decisions in regards to what I wanted and offered advice to me whenever I needed it in regards of what to expect from the current market. Not only did he manage to sell my property for the amount I wanted (which I honestly did not think I would get), but he did so as the Covid pandemic was taking hold, which to me was extremely impressive. James was truly fantastic, he kept us updated through all processes, open for inspections, feedback and on auction day. Very efficient and made the sale of our home a stress free experience
