Hard not to like a person like James. Very easy to talk to but firm when it was needed. No wishy washy stories, just the straight up truth all the way.

I found James' knowledge of the Nundah area to be sound and realistic. He was realistic about prices and did not inflate expectations. In the end he achieved a quick sale at a price well above expectations in a very short period of time. There were some difficulties relating to dealing with a bank that had lost the deeds to the property but James was helpful in his advice to assist with ensuring that the sale could be achieved.
