Our house sold very quickly at the price we wanted, a real achievement in this time of uncertainty, mostly because James worked very hard, liaising with prospective buyers exactly as we directed and also with a realistic sense of what the buyers were looking for and were prepared to commit to. He was very responsive, always available if not immediately (because he was with a client) then very soon after and he always communicated promptly and simultaneously to all of us involved in the process. James was also very sensitive to the fact that we were reluctantly selling the home our grandparents built. He enabled this emotional process to be completed without any additional stress. James works collaboratively with his sister, another staff member, who was similarly skilled. I was pleased that Lucy was part of the team acting on our behalf as, like James, she was always across any developments and invested much time and effort to ensure that we reached a happy outcome. The beauty of having both of them was that there was always someone immediately available who knew our property well. It was helpful too that we had both male and female perspectives of what makes a home attractive and of what buyers are looking for. They obviously work well together. My sisters and I highly recommend this company. In fact I have already recommended James and his team to friends looking to buy in the area.

Clarke Realty had been managing the property for many years. When it came sale time I handed the sale to James at Clarke Realty Revesby. I looked at other agents but they just didn't stack up for personal service etc. that Clarke Realty and James did. The advertising was well done and showed the property off in its best light. During the sale James kept me up to date with every aspect of the sale including texts out of hours to make sure that I was up to date with what was happening. The sale was successful in all ways. Clarke Realty is a small family run estate agent with all the resources of a large company but where you are always talking to one of the family who own the business.

From the first time we met, James and his sister, Lucy, were courteous, patient and understanding as I had not had experience with selling/buying a property for 39 years. I am extremely fortunate to have met the Clarke family and have benefited totally from their knowledge. Everyone working with James was never anything other than helpful and very professional.
