Polite, professional and the right agent for us

James and Lucy clarke helped my Mother and I sell her property after she suffered a catastrophic fire. From the onset, James and Lucy treated us like people, vs just a vessel for profit... they listened to us and our concerns (given Mum is elderly and vulnerable) and they worked with us through the process. They explained every step of the way what was going on, made Mum feel in control (rightly so) and handled all the sale work in terms of discussing with potential buyers and even found buyers for us quickly and kept us in the loop. They really knew their craft and were both good at it and also good at customer service.
