James is the most professional and effective agent we have ever used (having bought and sold over 20 properties over recent times). The specific property that James handled for us was a premium apartment in Pyrmont. James knew how best to market it and he relentlessly pursued purchasers to ensure that we had a record number of registered bidders at the auction. The property sold over reserve despite a rapidly tightening market and similar properties selling well below vendor expectations. Despite the down-turn James never pressured us in any way and always worked very hard to achieve or exceed our desires. Further, after the auction the purchaser defaulted, so James talked two alternative buyers up to our desired price resulting in a successful alternative exchange within 2 days of the default, demonstrating his impressive selling ability.
