We have been in the market to buy our first property for about 5 months, we met 6-7 real-estate agents in the process, we can definitely say that from the day one we met James he was different, everything he said felt very honest and we could corroborate that at the end of the process. Price range given the first day was spot on. Most other real estate agents around the area start by underquoting the property to get people's interest and from there raise the price. Communication was clear throughout the whole process, with no room for misinterpretation at any point. I guess he always acted in the best interest of the vendor, but at the same time he understood our situation about timing (baby coming) and help us along in the negotiation in order to close the deal faster.
