I'm glad I engaged James to sell my apartment. He has a wealth of experience and could explain real estate terms easily and effectively. Although it took a little time to sell my apartment, James assured me it was presented very well, eventually finding a buyer who wanted my apartment and all its furnishings too! James was more than happy to have 1-2 open homes per week, flexible with timing, and keeping me in the loop with potential buyers. The process has gone very smoothly, and I know I've also had a small part to play in the sale (keeping it clean, paying bills on time, agreeing on a realistic price, etc). James worked hard to achieve our sale in a very difficult falling market. He was easy to deal with, and always optimistic. My only disappointment was with their vendor dashboard, which did not seem to be updated regularly.
