From the get go James was super friendly and personable whilst at the same time very professional and had clearly done some great market research to bring with him to our first meeting. There was no ‘I’ll go back and do some research and come back to you’ - he had already done it. Of course after speaking with us he did have to go and look into a few more things but that should be expected. His appraisal (along with Alex) was spot on and realistic whilst not being appraised for an easy sale. There was hard work that had to be done between us as the sellers and the buyers but he and Alex certainly earn’t and deserved every cent of their commission.
