James was amazing to deal with!! He was punctual, kind, realistic & respectful. He worked hard for his seller but did not make me feel like he was working against me as the buyer either- it’s a balance that so many agents find hard to get right! His availability last minute & patience throughout what was a long exchange is greatly appreciated. James is overall AMAZING
