Easy, stress free sale with an outstanding result!

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with James. He reached out to us to see if we'd consider selling our home off market, and from that first conversation everything fell into place and was very straightforward. James is genuine, honest and just really easy to deal with. He kept us in the loop the whole way through and was always available when we had questions. During the negotiations, his advice was invaluable and gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. He even went above and beyond and attended pre settlement inspections on a Sunday to make sure everything was on track, which we really appreciated. In the end the sale was simple and stress free and we were really happy with the result. James also helped lease the property for us in 2024 and did a great job then too, so this is the second time we’ve worked with him and both times have been excellent.
