Enthusiastic agent

James and Alex were both very good communicators and this was their best asset. The reason I chose James as my agent was his enthusiasm and energy. He was extremely helpful and both he and Alex had a great feel for what was happening locally. They listened to what I wanted and offered advice and provided great feedback.
