James has been very responsive and has responded quite quickly returning phone calls and responding back to emails. James Market knowledge was outstanding he answered all of our questions straight away which made our experience and decision on purchasing the property quite easy. What stood out by James was his appearance very professional, knowledge was outstanding and was ever so helpful and went above and beyond to get other trades involved to make sure our renovations of the unit went very smoothly.
