James and his team were attentive to our needs. We were unfortunate that budget night happened 2 weeks into our listing. So whilst the results were not what we’d hoped initially, i cannot fault James and overall we were satisfied. I’ve seen James push and push to drive up offers, even when I thought “nah surely they won’t budge”, and they did. So nice work James!
