James came to use in March 2025 we signed up with him as he showed great character and professionalism he was very understanding of our situation. I would think a lot of other agents would given up on this sale, as it took till January 2026 before our house went to market. At no time did I ever felt pressured to get my house sold. James would keep in contact with me to see how things were progressing. James is a great asset to the Ray White company, also the team he works with are a bunch of absolute legends, or was there to help with any questions you may have.
