Highly recommend James Devlin

James is a well presented and engaging gentleman who is courteous tenacious and easy going. We found him easy to talk to and communication was good. We would have preferred if he had presented the one contract on the sale of our property personally insead of via email but that was his style. We thought it unusual that he had received several contrats but only one was presented! We suggest that all documentation you receive is thoroughly checked and use the knowlege of your convenyancer who is integral to the sale of any property. James will do well as a sales agent and we would recommend contacting him for an appraisal.
