James has managed my rental property since O'Gorman and Partners took over from a poorly managed account. James has been my main point of contact managing all level of detail of the reporting, repairs and any issues dealing with the tenant. His level of customer service is excellent. When it came time to sell the property James really was a pleasure to deal with. He was extremely knowledgable on the local Mosman area, clear in what we needed to do and realistic in setting expectations. In the lead up to the property going on the market and it's listing James was extremely proactive in his follow up with myself and prospective buyers with daily calls and updates. This resulted in many potential buyers through on day one open house leading to many interested parties. It was a great result and can highly recommend James as an outstanding agent to deal with.
