From the moment I called Peard Real Estate Scarborough for an appraisal of my property with a view to selling, I could not have received more exemplary service. The appointment for appraisal was very prompt, I was informed what Peard Real Estate could do for me regarding the selling of of my property especially as I was an absentee owner and not available to attend many of the issues required to get my property ready for sale. James coordinated a multitude of people to assist with the sale and worked extremely hard to ensure all was completed to enable settlement to go through on time.
