As stressful as selling your house can be I found James level of service outstanding. His follow through in keeping me in touch throughout the process was exceptional and if says he is "happy mowing your lawn'' or "can help in the tidy up" he sincerely means it and does help if needed!! I found him to be a person of great integrity, plenty of local market knowledge and has a proactive hard working approach when selling your home on your behalf. Needless to say I was very happy and nicely surprised on the final home sale and would recommend him to all my friends.
