I have considered selling my house a few times over the last few years, and to that end I have had several agents come and look. As my house is down the bottom of a driveway, it presented challenges. The outlook down here is fantastic, but Jane at Garwoods real estate agents was the only one who immediately saw what was needed and how to sell the vision and story of living here. In the end 19 contracts went out and the interest was so high that the auction was brought forward. An amazing result was achieved with the final price well over my reserve. I doubt this result would have be reached without Jane's vision, drive and project management skills.
