James Garwood is professional, experienced and has excellent attention to detail. The schedule he put together at the very beginning of the campaign was really helpful, also creating a whatsapp group so owners and agents could easily message was ingenius and meant communication flowed easily. James ran a solid campaign and I noticed how responsive his communication is. Garwoods know how to present a property well, they have a great team of support from office staff to tradespeople - handyman, roofers, electrician, painters, removalists which means the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently.
