James and Jane’s knowledge of the local market is excellent, as is their communication, delivered in a succinct and confident manner, while responding appropriately and with care to the emotional upheaval that can sometimes occur in real estate transactions, and in my case did, unexpectedly. Negotiations were carried out with skill and confidence. I never had to wonder what was happening. Jane and James were in constant contact and articulated each situation clearly. I was overseas during part of the marketing campaign in a remote area and they managed the process extremely well which helped put my mind at ease. The whole Garwood team is efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I have experienced several real estate transactions during my life and can honestly say this is the best experience I have had.
