The planets must have been aligned when we discovered Jane and James Garwood. We needed a real estate agent to manage the urgent sale of a house in Cammeray. James answered our phone call (in the Xmas break!) and immediately arranged a meeting. Following this first meeting we felt absolutely certain that Jane and James had the knowledge, skills, and experience to deliver the best possible result. There were no exaggerated promises or clever sales talk designed to win our approval. They just listened carefully, related genuinely, and shared their delightful sense of humour. Of course they also provided us with facts and figures to support their sales strategy! During the lengthy process of emptying the house and preparing it for inspection, Jane and James were with us every step of the way – like close family members rather than the stereotypical image we have of real estate agents. They provided reliable and professional stylists and tradesmen and helped us to arrange the removal of a vast amount of household clutter. The house looked superb inside and out! During the marketing and negotiating phase Jane and James once again listened carefully to our views and treated us as if we were their only clients. We knew that this was also the way they treated all the prospective buyers. The final sales result was extremely satisfactory and we remain deeply grateful for the work they carried out to achieve it.
