James helped the reviewer sell this property

Fantastic, Highly Recommended!!

Jane and James Garwood (Team Garwood) were a breath of fresh air when it comes to real estate agents. From start to finish they communicated as promised, the good and the bad giving you a clear picture at every point during the sale process. James is resilient without being pushy or over the top, we spoke for 12 months until we decided to put our property on the market. We decided from the beginning to trust their expertise with the area and our property following every piece of information they suggested, such as styling and freshly painting the property, they were spot on! The presentation was amasing, we wish we lived their again! The result at auction was proof they are the best of the best!
