Top Notch Experience

From the first phone call, James put me at ease and assured me that none of my questions were silly! He encouraged me to be involved with the sale of my house at whatever level I felt comfortable with. As this was my first house sale I was curious about the process. All through it I felt that James knew exactly what to do next and reassured me that even with the problems which happened he had it all in hand. James displayed a calm manner and confidently guided me to the settlement day. Even on that day when a problem occurred he got me and my buyer through it! Even with my final phone call, James was genuinely happy that all had been sorted and most importantly that I was okay with the whole experience. I believe in the end James found the right buyer for my home and knew the current market/ prices for houses in the Smithfield area. I appreciated that James gave me realistic expectations about my property right from the start of this selling process.
