The initial meeting with James was professionally conducted, very knowledgeable about the Ocean Grove area and surrounding suburbs and supplied us with a formal proposal at the next meeting. One of the key points for us was to listen to what we did and didn’t want and this was followed throughout the process. After we had signed, we needed to delay the process for a number of months and this was not an issue for James.
