Whilst being very experienced and knowledgeable, he was also incredibly down to earth and as honest as a real estate agent comes. He ensured that he had my expectations in line with where the market was at rather than the usual bullshit where an agent will tell you that you could get a figure astronomically over market value to get you to sign on the dotted line and then they spend the next few weeks constantly trying to knock you down in price. It was a breath of fresh air to experience this level of service, professionalism and achievement from a real estate agent - it is truly quite unique for the industry! His results obviously do speak for themselves - he achieved over reserve on my unit at auction and he sells on average more than one property per week so I was extremely lucky and I am very grateful to have been given the recommendation to speak to him!
