James sold us a lovely home, with views and near the beach. Being new to the market it at times was frustrating and we were not suceeding with finding our prefect home. In comes James. Few things in life are a certainty; death, taxes and the fact that if James Goldsworthy is your real estate agent – you’re in good hands. Having no prior experience of buying a home, I regarded the real-estate agent (and agency ) engagement process as a necessary evil and had pre conceived notions that the agents will never have my best interest at heart.
