James got the unit sold in just a couple of weeks, and wangled a really good price. I live in the US, so the whole sale was handled long distance, and he did a great job keeping in touch and explaining things, despite the 7 hour time difference. He was also very good at reminding me to fill in the relevant forms, and kept me up to date with what was happening. He organized a deal with the new owners and the sitting tenants as well, regarding how and when the unit was to be vacated, which made the whole process very smooth and easy. I recommend him highly - he's young, energetic, and a good negotiator.
