When buying our first home especially in an area not known to us, James gave us all of the information and market knowledge we needed to find the right property and have confidence in the build. When it comes to townhouses (particularly high quality) and established homes, James gave us total comfort in the property and finishes that meant we were comfortable in spending well in excess of the quoting price (and market value) to secure the home.
