We were keen to relocate to the Albany Creek area, preferably as close as possible to the forrest. Harcourts appeared to be very active in the area and after meeting James at 2 previous open houses we came across a third hou se that we subsequently bought. Throughout the process James gave us clear and consise details of each step we needed to take to give ourselves the best chance of securing the property. Prior to settlement every question we asked was communicated directly to the owners and back to us without hesitation. Since moving in James has been in contact several times to check on how we have settled in and if we have any further questions they may be able to assist with.
