James was actually the vendor's agent but honestly you wouldn't know the difference. James was friendly, genuine and overall a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of the area was fantastic and extremely helpful. James along with David made everything about our purchase so easy and stress free. They answered all our questions and even did several follow up calls to ensure that everything was how it should be.
