That house did not meet our brief but we gave him our criteria and contact details and he was diligent in contacting us when he thought a suitable home was available to view. He even went to the trouble of contacting us when there wasn't available properties just to see how we were travelling in our search. This was so refreshing as my wife and I had been searching for a suitable property for several months and James was one of the very few agents on the peninsula who made the effort to contact us on a regular basis and inform us of suitable properties. Within the space of a few weeks after meeting James he found us the perfect house and after some negotiation we secured this property. From the start James was very easy to approach and let us know that we could do so at anytime if we had the slightest of concerns! We were kept informed along the way with any movement and the whole time had a finger on the pulse as far as interest in our home heightened.
