James' positive attitude at our first meeting continued throughout the transactions, despite the difficulties of negotiating through the beginning of the Covid 19 restrictions. These limited the ability for buyers to view the property and so new ways of connecting had to be established. Through out it all, James continued to keep me in touch with proceedings, even though I live overseas. His attention to detail and empathy regarding my situation as well as the purchaser's is encouraging and made the release of my property easier. I recommend James for his professionalism and expertise.

James was genuine and sincere and always willing to look positively on the sales object. At times it could be better if less were said and as with all salespersons I have known, he was a little too openly looking for further business, though of course others do require this approach...I am sure he does what has been successful for himself in this regard. We did not sell through him, his client expressed objectivity issues when we chose the same conveyancer, so the same agent was a no-no.
