My cousin recommended James and I’m glad she did. When I rang Cunningham’s he was actually on holiday. I knew I had the right guy when he rang about an hour later from Hong Kong! Communication was awesome. I trusted him and Gee immediately. I was super pleased with the whole selling process. He is helping me find a place for my elderly mum to live now that the house is sold. I had an email about 20 minutes after I had signed contracts of places that might be suitable. I have bought and sold numerous times and I can assure you James is the most professional, courteous and just all round nice agent that I have dealt with.
