James is a Coolum local, from growing up in Coolum, learning to surf on the various breaks around town to attending Coolum High School. He is now proudly raising his two kids Jasper & Saskia on the same beaches in the town they all love, Coolum!
Through supporting the local businesses, helping local families and giving back to this unique community, he has a passion for helping people. This passion flows through James and into his work. He thrive’s to inspire, guide and lead a dynamic team of wonderful people as they collaboratively support local homeowners, investors and property buyers through their property journeys.
James feels home with the team at Coolum Beach Real Estate and has a vision to expand his supportive reach throughout the whole of the Sunshine Coast. He has extensive knowledge of the property market on the Sunshine Coast through a career full of accolades, record sales and honest support. During James' career he has won Richardson & Wrench National Rookie of the Year. The very next year he placed 7th & 8th for Richardson & Wrench National agents highest earner and volume of sales, making him the first in the history of Richardson & Wrench (Established in 1858) to go from Rookie of the year to top 10 agents consecutively. The following year James won Rate My Agent, Agent of the year for Coolum Beach. The following year, James purchased Coolum Beach Real Estate alongside his fellow Directors.
James is not slowing down, and is already helping other agents achieve similar accolades!
