I've purchased a dream house through James. Through his hardwork we were able to make the deal. Excellent service and professionalism. I will recommend James to anyone buying a property in Sydney.

James is a true professional with a load of experience and provides excellent customer service with regular feedback and on going advice. I cant thank James enough for achieving a great sales result.

James went over and above in order to sell my unit in a very difficult market. He was courteous and professional at all times. He even put up with my random questions via text messages late at night. I would recommend James for any real estate business dealings you may have.

From the beginning James has been wonderful to deal with. His appraisal was based on extensive industry experience, sensible comparable sales and a no nonsense and can-do attitude. All of our marketing options were carefully explained, along with a pre planned and documented campaign that fit with our busy lives. From the moment the signboard went up and we went live on the Internet every enquiry was discussed with us and confirmed in a thorough report. Complete transparency that convinced us that we had chosen an authentic professional to handle this life changing transaction. James kept us informed at every stage and was always available to answer our queries. James sold our home in 11 days! We could not be happier.

We recently sold our family home with James. From our first meeting with James, he was down to earth, displayed professionalism, respect and knowledge. He guided us through the process, and supported us every step of the way. Our property was listed and on our first open we received 28 groups, which was remarkable. One of those groups ended up being our buyer and sold before Auction. James was respectful towards both parties and negotiated a great price. Fabulous outcome for all. Would highly recommend James to any future buyers and sellers.

James had good knowledge of the market & what was going on & kept us informed of what was happening. He was easy to talk to and very committed into finding us a buyer- even after hours. We would not hesitate in recommending James to any future buyers or sellers.

What an excellent experience we've had with James, constant communication, extensive knowledge with a realistic approach. Most importantly constant reassurance that he was on board through the whole process.

James Holt gave us full service in the sale of our property with a result we were happy with in a tough market.

James brought a wealth of experience and calm confidence to support us through what is often such a stressful and uncertain time. His guidance through our campaign kept us feeling empowered and informed, and ultimately achieved the positive outcome we were hoping for.

The best thing was we were lucky enough to have an experienced and Professional Sales Agent with years of experience within Real Estate Sell our home. Because of James Holt’s Experience and Professionalism it felt like we were not missing out even though our fees were dramatically less than what we would of paid using other Real Estate Professionals Our Thanks to James for his knowledge guidance and time spent selling our property!

I really can't say enough about our experience with our agent James Holt. We signed with James on the Monday morning and he had our photos done and our property live and online by the Wednesday afternoon. We saved roughly $14k in commissions and marketing fees and received 10% more than a similar property a few doors down. James was so helpful throughout the whole process, we have not sold and bought at the same time before so his years of experience really helped us every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use James again in the future and would recommend him and them to anyone wanting to sell. Rebecca
