James sold my house in a depressed market,all credit to him. I found his professionalism and experience invaluable. All decisions he helped me make was based on logic and practicality. I am absolutely certain I received the same diligence in the marketing from this purple bricks agent as I would have from another more expensive local agent. If I had to fault anything it would be the separate fee imposed by purple bricks if you use your own conveyancer and not theirs, I consider that a bit of a rort but with the money I saved in commission I can live with it.

I investigated options through several agents. The local agents were professional in there presentation. One drove up in a massive new Mercedes. These agents came with a price tag of OVER $20,000.
