My wife and I could not recommend James Holt enough. For us, we were looking to sell our home so that we and our little family could find our new-to-be-home. James work was absolutely fabulous. We did try other agents who seemed to be working for the buyers and themselves. James listened to our objectives and helped us achieve them. He sold the property for over 50% more than what one of the agents recommended we accept. He advised us on when to sell, what to prepare and what not to prepare in the property.
