I really can't say enough...

I really can't say enough about our experience with our agent James Holt. We signed with James on the Monday morning and he had our photos done and our property live and online by the Wednesday afternoon. We saved roughly $14k in commissions and marketing fees and received 10% more than a similar property a few doors down. James was so helpful throughout the whole process, we have not sold and bought at the same time before so his years of experience really helped us every step of the way.
