We originally signed up with Marianne Saboohi but she went overseas and James took care of us, initially i was disappointed with that news as we had no idea what James was like however i'd have to say that he'd be the first and probably the only agent i'd call next time we're selling. Down to earth approach, there was no sugar coating things like you unfortunately expect from agents. Considering the currently market and the fact that our first purchaser pulled out, he did really well for us and certainly worked hard, especially to sell it with only two open homes.
