We asked 7 agencies through our house, each time we were left feeling unsure. Our first impression of James & Alexandra was outstanding. For what generally seems like an absolute nightmare of a time we had nothing but smooth sailing in the sale of our home. We found a new property that we loved, spoke to 3 agents who all had varying idea's on the probable sale price of of property and then chose the agents we hoped would do the best job. I was more than happy with the service provided by First Meridien - James & Alexandra. Although I did a lot of research myself for up to 8 months, I could see that Meridien was certainly standing out far more than their competitors. I agree it also has been a strong market as well so didn't feel I would have a problem selling the home anyway. When I met with James and Alexandra I felt comfortable. Their brochure package looked professional. Meridiens communication via letters added a nice touch which I really liked and no other estate seemed to be doing this. At all times they were in constant contact to keep me informed, I never had to chase them to see how everything was progressing. Although, Negotiating the sale could improve I feel, I just felt that Meridien maybe struggled a bit to please both sides of the sale. I believe this could have been because they are passionate about the business they are in and that they would have wanted the best outcome for both the seller and buyer. Overall, I don't believe you would be disappointed if choosing Meridien as your estate agent, they do care is what I saw and felt.
