During the sale period James organised open homes & private inspections that were always arranged around convenience for us. At all inspections James was present which meant he was aware of all interested parties and could follow them up directly. We were kept up to date with informative feedback provided by James directly. James was consistently available to us even though our sale transitioned through the Christmas New Year period. The sale was handled with complete competency by James which aloud us to remain calm and stress free during the 3 week period it took James to secure a sale at a price we were very pleased with.
