James is very easy to deal with: Great communication and easily contactable. Genuine, honest answers to any questions we had and followed up on any queries he didn't know the answers to. Quick and diligent with applications and paperwork etc. Not pushy or arrogant and allowed us to take our time. Very helpful and polite.
