James was friendly, easy to communicate with and made himself accessible. He was willing to help out with requests made in relation to jobs needing to be done in and around the property. He made himself available for potential buyers to view the property around scheduled openings, of which he scheduled ample number of. However, unfortunately we sold well short of selling price discussed initially as market value of property.
James was approachable and easy to communicate with. We always knew what was happening throughout the openings, and disucssions with offers, as he spoke with me each time he had new information. We achieved the price we were after for our house, and signed a contract for the sale within 3 weeks.
