James was polite, friendly and enthusiastic. He seemed to be always at work, ie you could call him after hours and he would call you after hours with updates etc. You knew that he was endeavoring to sell your house. James was on top of what the market was doing and openly discussed this with you. I think the only negative thing we could say is that we would have appreciated James advising us of the negative points re the selling of our house up front not as we went along so that we were not so disappointed in the final price.

James Keelan delivered above and beyond our expectations. His advice leading up to the sale definitely helped us achieve an amazing and fast result. Easy to deal with and always available to talk. Can't recommend him highly enough.
