James made the process of selling our house as stress free as possible. He kept us informed every step of the way and he gave great suggestions while leaving decisions up to us. He was able to obtain a great result for us through his experience and diligence.
James Kennedy was an extremely professional real estate agent. We immediately felt he had not only the best interests of his sellers but also of ours when dealing with him. He was ethical throughout the buying process we had with him showing fairness to us and other buyers. Once are offer had been accepted he continued to show outstanding service to us by answering all questions quickly and accurately. We recommend James highly and will certainly be informing any other potential buyers of how outstanding his services were.

When you first meet James Kennedy, you’re introduced to a well presented and confident Agent who makes you feel every bit at ease as he is. There are no nicely bound brochures informing you of his achievements and graphs showing you what the market has done in the last 12 to 24 months. His professional approach to selling your greatest asset is outstanding and is carried out with honesty, integrity and confidence. He has restored OUR confidence and has fulfilled his commitment to selling our home in Kingsley and we would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending James Kennedy to anyone who was in the market to sell their home.
James and Kylie were so accomodating, sincere, honest and a pleasure to deal with when purchasing our new family home in Kingsley. We felt at ease and confident in their approach and interactions with us every time. We would highly recommend the Kennedy Team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thanks James and Kylie!
