While James didn't have to work overly hard to sell the property he was great to deal with. I went in with a no-nonsense approach and James fully understood my situation and the expectations that I had. At no point during the negotiations did I feel as if James was deceiving me or not conveying my wishes to the seller. It was all in all a relatively effortless negotiation period which after 6 months of searching and multiple fruitless negotiations was greatly appreciated.

Persistence pays off. From the day James walked in the door to when we signed the acceptance of the offer James was diligent, courteous and worked hard to sell the property. It took several months in a very volatile market but he never lost confidence in being able to sell the property.
