James kept us informed at every turn, gave us good advice and worked hard for a good result in a slow market. Average sale period is presently 72 days. We had two seperate offers (one fell through due to lack of finance) and the property was never on the market for more than about 21 days. Great result in a tough environment.

James Well done you achieved a good result in a short period of time in a difficult market well done regards Ian
